Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Conduct warm calling to identify potential clients and expand the customer base. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration. * Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive retention rates. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
