This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Austin, Texas area to attend in-office meetings, trainings, and company events as needed. As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll collaborate with Realtors in various markets to identify and secure potential properties for acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors across multiple markets to source potential investment properties. - Leverage our CRM system to track leads, manage relationships, and document progress. - Proactively identify acquisition opportunities that align with WeBuyHouses' investment criteria. - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient deal flow. - Attend occasional in-office meetings, trainings, and events in Austin, TX to stay aligned with company goals and strategies. What We 're Looking For: - Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record of driving results. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience in sales, real estate, or a related field is a plus (but not required). - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability. - Familiarity with CRM tools and a willingness to adapt to our systems. - Must reside in the Austin, TX area for in-person engagements.
