Job Summary

Cold calling prospective customers to schedule appointments for our in-house agents. This position requires the ability to engage customers over the phone and to roll up your sleeves to build success for the future. This position also requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Cold call prospective customers to schedule appointments for in-house agents.
• Ability to engage customers over the phone.
• Working conditions in an office environment, sitting at least 80% of the time.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Experience in an outbound call center preferred.
• Not hesitant or fearful of outbound cold calling.
• Working knowledge with CRM system preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Strong work ethics with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
• Desire to be a valuable team member and dependable each workday.
