Overview

: We are a LOCAL 5-star restoration & roofing company. We are currently looking to add 4-6 individuals to our growing team to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage in our area. Our company has been able to assist hundreds of customers with restoration projects and insurance claims related to construction. We are becoming one of the area's fastest growing restoration companies in the panhandle. To handle the additional jobs they are anticipating, the need for 4-6 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners on how to start the process. No Experience? No Problem. Our company delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 14 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.

• This is a commission-based pay structure.

Qualifications

:

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must have reliable transportation & a valid drivers license.
• Team player, self-disciplined, self-motivated and have good time management
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections

• Meeting face to face - directly with homeowners and offering them a Free Roof Inspection.
• Team player, self-disciplined, self-motivated and have good time management. Commission Pay:
• Up to $100.00+ per hour or $50,000-$250,000 per year Job Types:
• Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Scheduling Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $63,090.00 - $73,160.00 per year
