Who We Are Working Capital Marketplace (WCM) is a leading FinTech lending firm with offices in Miami, FL and Orange County, CA. Our Team is committed to serving business leaders through our various product offerings. We provide a high- touch customer experience to ensure customized solutions to fit any business need. Sales Development Representatives can expect to be onboarded with cohort of peers, ongoing training/development, advancement opportunities, and ownership. The Role:

• _Sales Development Representative
• _ We are looking for multiple Sales Development Representatives eager to join a fast-paced environment with unlimited growth opportunities. Like us, you are an innovative problem solver and self-starter who is motivated by numbers. Base Salary: $550/week + Uncapped Commission Year 1 OTE = $105k (Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

Responsibilities

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls a day to generate new business
• Front end ownership of sales cycle
• Develop strong ongoing relationships with clients
• Serve as a key point of communication between clients and internal teams
• High-level understanding of clients needs and pain points in order to build solution packages
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage lead pipeline, follow-up, and prospecting activities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency
• Able to work hours 9:30AM - 5PM EST
• Previous B2B preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
