Upscale, medical esthetics and women's wellness practice seeking an experienced , upbeat, detail oriented Patient Coordinator with prior medical office, medi-spa and/or sales experience- in office and over the phone. Prior experience working in a plastic surgery, Ob/Gyn and/or Medi-Spa required. Must have excellent written, oral and verbal communication, time management and problem solving skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and outlook, CRM platforms , as well as EMR systems. Candidate will be expected to manage at least one MA and/or esthetician, keep track of inventory, supplies , medical samples, and other data bases. Must be comfortable scheduling patients , filling refills, and have excellent customer service skills. The patient coordinator will be expected to educate potential patients about the services we offer as well as sell products and services. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
