Full-Time | Commission | Immediate Openings Available We are actively hiring a Field Sales Representative to meet with pre-scheduled appointment leads in person. Ideal candidates have previous sales experience and knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH Responsibilities: * Travel to scheduled customer appointments (provided by the company) * Present company services and educate potential clients on options * Build relationships and effectively close sales * Maintain daily activity logs and communication with the team Qualifications: * Previous field sales experience (construction/home improvement is a plus) * Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license * Strong communication and customer service skills * Available to work Monday through Friday and Sundays * Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * BILINGUAL- ENGLISH/SPANISH A MUST Compensation: * Commission-based with high earning potential ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 * Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Sundays (Saturday optional) Work Location: On the road / Field-based Join a company that values results and rewards effort.
