TITLE: Motorcoach Travel Sales Associate FLSA : Full-Time, Exempt (Salary) SCHEDULE : Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm (including lunch period) SUPERVISED BY : Tours Supervisor SUPERVISES : N/A

Overview

This role combines marketing, sales, and accounting duties to promote and manage educational travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing/executing marketing strategies, setting pricing, coordination, implementation, managing sales inquiries, and handling the logistical aspects of tour planning and coordination. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for this position. Job

Responsibilities

: Administration

• Research destinations to create educational Motorcoach adventures
• Research hotels, restaurants and attractions
• Negotiate travel contracts
• Create tour pricing utilizing excel spreadsheets
• Organize and create travel documents for Passengers, Motorcoach Drivers and Tour Guides
• Maintain strong social media presence
• Participate in Tour and Travel events as requested.

Education and Experience

:

• Prior experience with group travel required - experience with motor coach group travel preferred
• Effectively manage several projects concurrently.
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Some travel required
• Independent, self-starter with a drive to succeed.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Constant Contact experience desired
• Experience in marketing via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media avenues
• Proficient in internet research. Job Type: Full-time
