Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them insurance products and knowledge base services. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Salary: $30000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Calling potential clients minimum 100 outbound calls a day
• Selling Insurance Products Auto, Home, Business, Commercial and Life
• Writing a minimum of 25 items a month after 90-day probation and training period
• Upsell products or services to increase revenue
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
• Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and patience
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English
