Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify suitable insurance products that meet client requirements. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Engage in retail sales and telemarketing activities to generate new business opportunities. * Assist clients in completing necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy adjustments. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice. Qualifications: * Entry-Level: No prior experience in insurance required, although a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry is essential. Full training will be provided. * Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus.
