What You'll Do

:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present custom solar solutions
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
• Close 5-10 sales per month with a 20-30% conversion rate
• Maintain and grow client relationships with full operational support What We Offer:

What You Bring

:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (solar, roofing, home services preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a face-to-face sales role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
