Inside Sales / Front [please apply online] Location The person who fills this position should have prior sales and customer service experience preferably in the lumber or hardware field but not required. The role of an inside sales associate will consist of answering the telephone, routing calls to the appropriate person or department, assisting callers and walk in customers with material and pricing questions, write up orders, taking payments, working with the shipping department to ensure orders are delivered to the customer's specifications, follow basic verbal and written instructions, work as a team, have good communication skills, and comply with all safety policies and procedures. This candidate must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
