About Us

Solid Ground Sales, LLC is a real estate firm specializing in buying vacant land across the country. Job description

• 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri.
• Our internal lead generating team will provide you with warm, ready-to-work leads daily to contact customers via our texting platform and phone calls.
• You will obtain a price for the property from our internal appraisers to make an offer to potential sellers with the primary goal of having landowners sell their land to Solid Ground Sales LLC.
• 200 leads are provided weekly.
• This is a very short sales cycle with many opportunities to close a deal the same day you made initial contact with a client.
• No outside sales, all sales are done over phone calls and texting/email platforms from our newly built corporate office in Lakewood Ranch.
• Our team consists of our core Sales Reps with very diverse sales backgrounds. What We Look For
• Must have 3-5 years of structured sales experience. Real estate experience or license is not required.
• The most successful individuals are professional, extroverted, and can speak to anyone effectively. They are also skilled in sales negotiations and relationship building with a wide variety of personalities while remaining positive and coachable.
• We require someone that is internally motivated to consistently exceed goals, a self-starter, solution oriented, open to new ideas and changes, and always trying to better themselves daily.
• Growth opportunities will be available for those with a true leadership demeanor and a desire for upward mobility while always encouraging and engaging others around you and setting the prime example for company standards.
• You will be working on a team with 6 other Sales Reps and will have direct communication with the Owners on accountability meetings, trainings, and company success goals. Pay Structure
• Bonus + Hourly Base Pay (Paid Every Friday)
• Our top reps make over $4,000.00 a month in Bonus
• Average weekly bonus is roughly $700.00
• We pay every Friday for the previous week's contracts
• Hourly Rate Starts at $18.00 an hour
• Uncapped Bonus - Top Reps Target $100,000 per year
