• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Experience
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales management techniques and the ability to apply retail math effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both customers and the dealership.
• Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and prospects.
