Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
• Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
• Collect payment and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain supply levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory and collateral management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales environment.
• Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
• Exhibit excellent social etiquette when handling customer inquiries. Skills
• Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong understanding of retail math for effective pricing strategies.
• Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
