We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure their needs are met.

Duties

: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via face-to-face meetings at the customer's residence. - Placing new accounts via client's interface - Enter and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the database - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide excellent customer service by active listening, empathizing, and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers - Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional products or services Experience: - Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions - Proven ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
