As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing product knowledge while maintaining the store's visual appeal.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory to effectively upsell products.
• Support store management in supervising daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Basic math skills, including retail math, for accurate transaction processing.
• Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred, particularly in a health and wellness, gym, or supplement store environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to enhance customer understanding.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
