Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or eagerness to learn business to business sales and a passion for driving business growth through effective communication and strategic lead generation. Duties * Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase our business solutions and their benefits. * Generate leads through various channels, including networking and online research. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the business development team to create targeted sales strategies. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and report on progress. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications * Eagerness to learn and coach-ability for inside sales or territory sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong communication skills in lead generation and business development. * Familiarity with insurance sales. Licensed in insurance. (We provide assistance with licensing if needed) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
