Sales Executive - LA Market On-site | Santa Monica HQ | Full-time Own the short-term-rental (STR) game in Los Angeles with Oraklus , a fast- growing vacation-rental property-management firm built by operators, not theorists. We need a hunter who lives for cold calls, closes, and commission checks and who's happy to work from our Santa Monica office and hit the streets to win new homeowners. What You 'll Tackle * Full-cycle prospecting - cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn InMail, DMs, walk-ins--whatever it takes. * Pitch & close homeowners on Oraklus management agreements; adjust contracts on the fly. * Financial analysis & deal underwriting--turn rough numbers into clear ROI for prospects. * Portfolio expansion - smash monthly acquisition targets and keep churn near zero. * In-person relationship building - coffee, lunches, on-site property visits; you're the face of Oraklus LA. You Bring * 5+ years of high-velocity B2C or B2B sales--preferably real-estate, STR, or prop-tech. * Fluent in Excel / Sheets for quick P&Ls and sensitivity models. * Street-smart negotiator who loves objections and hates excuses. * Self-starter DNA--you set your schedule, you hit your quota. * Real-estate license (nice to have) and a valid CA driver's license (must-have).
