Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties

: - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models and features - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget - Conduct test drives with potential buyers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required - Proficiency in software applications related to sales and customer management - Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts - Excellent sales support skills, including active listening and effective communication - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and paperwork - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse market If you are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
