Job description Petland is a local pet store that has been operating for over 38 years. A major focus of our Retail Sales Associates is to educate people about pets. This information assists customers in making informed choices that improves the quality of their lives and the lives of their pets. We provide all necessary training, but previous experience/knowledge is preferred. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all retail duties (cashiering, stocking, cleaning, customer service, etc.), small animals care, and customer/animal relationship building. It is our main focus to find the best fit for both our animals and our customers.
