Primary Responsibilities * Complete our broker training program to learn how to attract clients and offer financial solutions. * Meet with potential clients to understand their goals and offer customized insurance recommendations. * Grow your client base through outreach, referrals, and strategic marketing. * Educate clients on key financial planning tools including life insurance and annuities. * Operate independently while receiving guidance and support from experienced mentors. Training & Licensing Details * Receptive to coaching and personal development. * No prior experience needed - full training is provided. * Candidates must be willing to pursue Florida's 2-14 or 2-15 insurance license if selected. * While not required, availability for in-person training sessions (Tuesdays 6:30 PM-9:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM-12:00 PM) is preferred.
