We're on the hunt for a friendly, proactive, and detail-obsessed Inside Appointment Setter & Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our front-end communications. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers--booking appointments, guiding inquiries, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Book/Schedule service and showroom appointments by confidently handling incoming calls, emails, text and online chats.
• Welcome and assist showroom guests with warmth and professionalism--and pitch in with the Sales Team when they need backup.
• Provide accurate, helpful information using our tools and systems--no guessing games here.
• Resolve customer questions with confidence, clarity, and care.
• Perform efficient, accurate data entry to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• Maintain strong client relationships , offering support before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales experience, particularly in construction & home services
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Service Fusion
• Ability to conduct outbound and warm calls effectively
• Experience in data entry and maintaining phone, Text, & Email etiquette
