It costs them nothing to work with us! Now, we're looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Agent to join our team in Dallas and help customers find their moving zen. Position: Inside Sales Agent (No Cold Calling) Location: 8330 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway Frontage Rd, 10th floor, Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM What You'll Be Doing: * Delivering a Positive Customer Experience: Helping customers transfer utilities and services to their new homes easily and effortlessly. * Customer Engagement & Education: Speaking with customers over the phone to explain offerings, answer questions, and ease concerns. * Customer Relationship Management: Building trust and rapport by listening closely and delivering customized solutions. * Product Knowledge: Becoming a go-to expert on our services so you can confidently educate customers. * Sales & Upselling: Promoting our services and identifying upsell opportunities that benefit the customer and the company. * Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately entering customer information, transaction details, and communications into our CRM. * Problem Resolution: Working across departments to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently. * Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs while always providing top-tier customer service. * Continuous Improvement: Staying sharp by keeping up with industry trends and best practices in sales and service.
