Our Client located in Franklin, TN is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their team Job Title: Account Manager/Accounting Analyst Location: Franklin, TN Onsite Salary: $60-65K Responsibilities: * Will be responsible for managing a roster of entertainment industry clients * Work with Business Managers in day-to-day management of all finance & administration duties * Perform basic business functions for clients, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets * Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions * Assist with onboarding clients * Perform a variety of special projects as needed * Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting Skills and Knowledge: * Strong skills in Microsoft Excel * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) * A general understanding of finance and accounting practices * Ability to read and understand business financial statements * Ability to responsibly manage cash flow * Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually * Flexible and self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks * Ability to work quickly and efficiently * Detail oriented * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Eager to learn and advance in their professional career Standout Candidates Will Have: * Accounting or Finance degree * Experience using accounting software * Experience with AgilLink * Music industry experience Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
