Inside Sales Representative / Customer Account Specialist Location: Sarasota, FL Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This role is all about building strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales success in the HVAC industry. Compensation * $20-$24/hour, depending on experience (DOE). What You'll Be Doing * Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. * Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. * Provide outstanding customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues. * Support outside sales representatives with quotes, leads, and maintaining records. * Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall goals. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports. * Stay up-to-date on HVAC products, features, and applications. What You'll Need to Be Considered * Knowledge of HVAC or similar products preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
