Current Owner and Sales Reps are top 1% in the industry and are looking to bring in someone to mentor and teach the business. We will teach you the business and give you the opportunity to make real $$$. Always have a salary! Earn commission over flow! We are committed to your success and have the training and experience to teach you the business in order to earn 6 Figures. We offer a Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission. OPERATIONS TRAINING with a Transition to Sales Advantages of a Small Freight Brokerage: -1 on 1 training and mentorship with the owner and top 1 % sales rep in the industry. We are looking for 1 person, not a class of 50. We will teach you the business to have a long career in the logistics industry -Client/Prospect availability: Wide open to pursue any customers you choose. • Match Trucking Companies on Available Loads
• Dispatch and Track Drivers From Pick-up Until Delivery
• Monitor and resolve transit issues
• Maintain accurate system updates
• Collect Proof Of Delivery paperwork
• Update Customers on Current Status Day 210: Begin 2 week sales training class
• Lead Generation
• Handling Common Objections
• Role Playing exercises
• Market Research
• Follow up strategies Day 225: Start Sales Sales Daily Task
• Generate leads with Full Truckload freight
• Call Leads and Begin Building a book of Business.
