What We Offer: * Competitive industry pay * Paid vacation * Paid training * Discounts on products and services * Growth opportunities * Fastest growing Auto Group in New Mexico * Family owned and operated by a member of your community * Understanding and compassionate dealership management Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis Requirements: * Previous auto dealership experience, sales experience, or proven customer service background is highly preferred * Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing * Have quality customer service skills * Possess strong communication skills * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Professional, well-groomed appearance * Must have a clean & valid driver's license * Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Relocate: * Santa Fe, NM 87505: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
