What You 'll Do:

• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, coordinating communication, appointments, and next steps
• Review customer contracts and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before passing them to production
• Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools and internal reporting systems
• Collaborate across teamsproduction, customer service, operationsto complete administrative tasks and resolve issues
• Help ensure smooth, timely execution of sales processes and provide support to the sales team as needed What You 'll Bring:
• Roofing product knowledge - required
• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Acculynk, Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
