As we continue to expand, we're looking for a results-driven, full-cycle Account Executive to join our sales team and help accelerate our growth. What You'll Do: Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage both inbound and outbound leads from discovery to close. * Create and Close Opportunities: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to generate outbound pipeline while converting qualified inbound leads. * Tailor Every Pitch: Understand each customer's unique needs and position TeamSupport's value in a way that resonates. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with BDRs and marketing to build a stronger pipeline and improve handoffs. * Track and Forecast: Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast with precision. Requirements: What Sets You Up for Success * Proven SaaS Sales Success: 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment. * Inbound & Outbound Hustle: Comfortable generating your own opportunities and working with qualified inbound and outbound leads. * Tech-Savvy Seller: Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft. * Strong Communicator: Excellent at presenting, writing, and handling objections with confidence. * Self-Starter: You're goal-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
