Duties

: - Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service - Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve targets - Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability - Handle payroll responsibilities and maintain accurate records - Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance performance - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications
