If so, then we would love to chat with you. ABOUT US We are a small but progressive multi-family construction company that likes to do things differently. Infinite Capital Construction provides construction services to many of the nations largest property management companies. We are looking for someone with strong project management and estimating skills to help build out our Austin Division. The desired candidate would manage and cultivate our portfolio of current accounts and perform outside sales duties to prospect, close, and develop new accounts. Must have experience in the apartment industry. The Account Manager will manage both current and new accounts and promote Infinite's service offerings. They will also assist current customers with new projects and take steps to broaden those relationships. JOB DUTIES You must be able to efficiently and effectively: * Promote Infinite Capital Construction's various service offerings within the Apartment Industry * Develop and execute marketing plans for business development * Develop new relationships with customers within the Apartment Industry * Work directly with the internal Leadership Team to develop new accounts and opportunities * Manage and enhance the company's brand and reputation in the public's eye * Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual initiatives * Assist existing customer base with new construction project needs * Create detailed scopes of work and construction requirements * Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders during construction projects * Entertain customers and represent Infinite at Apartment Industry Events IDEAL REQUIREMENTS * Established relationships within the Apartment Industry with key decision-makers * Excellent knowledge of the construction process and apartment industry needs * 5 Years of relevant experience in the apartment industry * Highly professional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills BENEFITS * Health, vision, and dental benefits * Simple IRA with company matching * Vehicle allowance, phone, computer, etc. * Three weeks of Paid Time Off * This position includes a base salary and commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $91,936.00 - $100,269.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Multifamily: 5 years (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
