Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated Case Manager / Referral Partner to assist in identifying and referring potential clients interested in life insurance, health insurance (ACA/Medicare), and retirement planning services. You will not be selling insurance -- your primary role is to introduce and refer qualified individuals to a licensed insurance agent. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find trusted financial and healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify individuals who may benefit from life, health, or retirement planning services.
• Introduce and refer potential clients to the agent via email, phone, or text.
• Create warm introductions (basic info + agreed interest).
• Maintain simple tracking of referrals made.
• Follow compliance guidelines -- no insurance sales, quoting, or advice.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, outgoing, and organized.
• Previous experience in healthcare, social work, patient services, community outreach, sales, or customer service is a plus.
