Duties

: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory - Knowledge of technology products and ability to effectively sell them - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously - Cash handling experience and ability to perform basic retail math calculations - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast- paced retail environment.
