* M U S T - H A V E - O U T S I D E - S A L E S - E X P E R I E N C E THIS IS A 1099 (Independent Contractor) POSITION We are a prominant and well established cannabis edibles company seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth throughout greater Oklahoma City area. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a keen ability to analyze market trends to identify new business sales opportunities. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals. * Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize software tools, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics. * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services. * Close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market dynamics. * Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our brand and expand your professional network. Skills * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. * Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions regarding territory management and business development. * Experience in outside sales is a must. * Proven track record of successful upselling techniques and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
