National Biologics Distributor is seeking experienced Independent Medical Device Sales Reps (1099) whose current call points include Hospitals, Surgery Centers or surgeons focused in the areas of Orthopedics, Wound Care, and/or Trauma in major metropolitan areas including Minneapolis, Dallas, Green Bay or Milwaukee, Cincinnati, and Denver. Bio-Implant Solutions, LLC is expanding their network of independent US sales reps with an exciting opportunity to earn additional incremental commission with a unique commission program. We are seeking motivated sales reps with Medical Device & Biologics experience who have established relationships at Hospitals and Surgery Centers. Preferred candidates MUST have prior Medical Device and/or Biologics sales experience & have existing relationships across all decision makers including surgeons, OR buyers, Material Managers and Purchasing. Bio-Implant Solutions is seeking motivated and innovative salespeople who know how to engage key decision makers within healthcare facilities and have a proven track record of converting business.

Responsibilities

:

• Promote and sell orthopedic and other tissue implant products
• Be present in healthcare facility and surgical settings (as needed)
• Educate & inform surgeons and operating staff of specific product features
• Communicate with Distributor on regular basis with progress/needs/feedback/suggestions

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years (continual) medical device or biologics experience required
• Current call points should include hospital and surgery centers
• Work independently; be a self-starter
• Conduct business with a high degree of accuracy
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize and plan
• Display a high degree of organization
