Learn more at [please apply online] Position Overview: We are looking to hire an Amazon Account Manager to join our team and help accelerate the growth of our Amazon Marketplace business. This role involves managing over 300 SKUs across multiple accounts, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. You'll work cross-functionally with our purchasing, product, operations, logistics, and finance teams to streamline processes and drive results. Key Responsibilities: * Optimize pricing strategies to win the Buy Box * Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment * Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate and onboard new products * Plan and execute FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments * Monitor and analyze return rates to maintain healthy margins * Oversee account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon standards * Manage full P&L for assigned accounts, focusing on profitability and growth Compensation Structure: Base pay: $27 - $32 per hour Commission: 5% of the net profit of all managed businesses Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on overall contribution Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401K * Employee Discount * Life Insurance Program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Beverly Hills, CA 90210: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
