Job Responsibilities: * Customer Service : Greet and assist customers in selecting cannabinoid products that meet their specific needs. Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. * Sales Transactions : Process customer purchases through the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure all transactions are accurate. * Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of all cannabinoid products (CBD, Delta-8, etc.), their uses, benefits, and potential effects. Educate customers on product usage and dosage. * Compliance : Ensure that all sales and interactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabinoid and hemp-derived products. * Inventory Management : Assist in receiving, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels. Help with store displays and product promotions. * Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with merchandising and product displays to enhance the shopping experience. * Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings. * Upselling : Suggest complementary products to increase the customer's shopping experience and boost store sales. Qualifications : * Experience : Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, particularly in the cannabis or wellness industry, but not required. * Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and professionally. * Customer Focused : A passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs and providing exceptional service. * Knowledge of Cannabinoid Products : Basic understanding of CBD, Delta-8, and other cannabinoids (training will be provided). * Dependability : Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic. * Adaptability : Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in product offerings, regulations, and customer needs. * Legal Age Requirement : Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on local regulations) to work in a cannabinoid retail environment.
