Silverpoint Homes is looking for a New Home Consultant to join our team. In business for over 25 years, Silverpoint Homes has 4 locations in 3 states. Our focus is on providing quality homes at an affordable price. The New Home Consultant is responsible for the entire sales process from greeting the customer to walk thru and closing. Responsibilities Include: * Greet and Qualify New Customers * Walk Thru and Demonstration of Models and Floor Plans * Manage Lead Database * Overcome Objections and Close for the sale * Respond promptly to customer inquiries * Monitor models for needed supplies and repairs * Visit construction and potential home sites * Maintain and organize customer files * Conduct business in a professional and courteous manner * Provide the best customer service in the industry * Experience in home sales and construction a major plus.
