Compensation Range: $80,000-$130,000/year This role has a base salary of $40,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential. Must have a valid driver 's license and acceptable driving record. How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process. * Assist customer on buying desired vehicle. * Educate customers on financial products and financing options. * Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store. We're Looking For: * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills. * High level of detail orientation and accuracy. * Proven experience working within a team environment. * Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed. * This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting. * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, not required.
