Location: Remote Florida, East Coast * Company Overview ZeroBounce is looking for an account manager to join our Sales Operations team. Your work will help make ZeroBounce and its Customers happier by engaging with customers who might, or are lapsing, or are having billing issues. You will be using the phone and email to contact customers who are having issues paying on our platform, whether through new transactions or recurring. Your goal is to make sure that Customers are happy and reduce ZeroBounce churn. You should have a great personality and sales skills. Understand the capabilities and how to use systems to scale your role. Job Purpose Build and nurture client relationships while driving revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and strategic account expansion. Key Responsibilities Client Management * Onboarding: Guide new clients through ZeroBounce's suite (API, bulk email validation, inbox placement testing). * Quarterly Reviews: Analyze client usage data (e.g., bounce rates, spam trap flags) to showcase ROI. * Churn Prevention: Proactively address risks (e.g., inactive accounts) with tailored solutions. Sales & Growth * Upselling: Promote add-ons like email finder or domain scoring based on client needs. * Renewals: Lead contract negotiations, emphasizing deliverability improvements (e.g., "Your campaigns achieved 98% inbox placement"). * Cross-Selling: Partner with marketing to pitch ZeroBounce's list hygiene audits or GDPR compliance tools. Collaboration * Feedback Loop: Share client pain points (e.g., API integration hurdles) with product teams. * Case Studies: Document success stories (e.g., "Client X reduced bounces by 80% in 60 days"). Requirements Essential * Proven Track Record: 2+ years managing SaaS/tech accounts with $50K+ ARR. * Email Expertise: Understanding of bounce types (5xx vs. 4xx), spam traps, and CAN-SPAM laws. * Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and email validation metrics. * Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts (e.g., DNS configuration) to non-technical clients. Preferred * Certifications: HubSpot Sales Software, Google Analytics, or similar. * Industry Knowledge: Experience with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp), CDPs, or marketing automation. Performance Metrics * Revenue Growth: Achieve 120% of quarterly upsell/cross-sell targets. * Retention Rate: Maintain 90%+ client renewal rate. * CSAT: Deliver 95%+ customer satisfaction scores.
