Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and provide information to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
