What You 'll Do: * Lead and support a team of call center representatives, fostering a positive and motivating work culture. * Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. * Monitor performance metrics , provide coaching, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. * Ensure deadlines and goals are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service. * Collaborate with other departments to align call center operations with overall company objectives. * Drive continuous improvement through feedback, training, and process enhancements.
