• Lead and support a team of call center representatives, fostering a positive and motivating work culture.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Monitor performance metrics , provide coaching, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure deadlines and goals are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to align call center operations with overall company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, training, and process enhancements. What We 're Looking For:
