We're now hiring a *Franchise Sales & Development Manager *to lead regional growth--bringing Wild Eggs to new markets and building a franchise program that reflects the integrity and innovation of the brands it represents. * What You 'll Do As the Franchise Sales & Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind bringing Wild Eggs to new communities across the region. This is more than just selling franchises--it's about building meaningful partnerships, crafting a scalable growth strategy * Lead the charge on regional franchise expansion --developing a pipeline of qualified candidates and driving deals from first conversation to signed agreement * Build and execute a smart growth strategy that aligns with the brand identity, supports unit-level success, and positions franchisees to thrive * Present the vision --deliver compelling, authentic brand stories that connect with values-driven entrepreneurs who are passionate about food, hospitality, and community * Own the franchise development lifecycle --from prospecting and qualification to discovery days, FDD presentations, and onboarding support * Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, and legal to ensure seamless franchise rollouts and scalable systems * Represent our brand at key industry events, conferences, and development platforms * Bring fresh ideas to the table --continuously optimizing our franchise program, materials, and approach to meet an evolving market This role is perfect for someone who 's not just closing deals--but creating momentum.
