Our products are distributed through a variety of channels such as retail chain stores, independent specialty retailers, general craft retailers, e-commerce websites, or to other manufacturers who use our products as components in their end product. We handle all aspects of manufacturing in our Southern Indiana factory, including sourcing from suppliers around the world, cutting, assembling, packaging and handling fulfillment to our customers for final distribution. With product placement in over 3,000 retail locations, Silver Creek Leather is the leading supplier of leather craft products to the US craft store market. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Silver Creek Leather is looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at Silver Creek Leather Co., you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Process orders and ensure timely delivery. * Identify and recognize customer needs allowing for suggestive ways to increase order size. * Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system. * Provide product information and recommendations to customers. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with Product and Production Managers to provide quotations on new and custom products. Requirements: * Previous experience in inside sales or customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with Netsuite software package is a plus. * Proficiency in O365 software suite. * Multi-lingual / proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
