Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on sales needs. The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to leads in our CRM system. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our CRM database. * Engage with leads to understand their needs and present relevant product or service information. * Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the sales team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM. * Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * High level of motivation and a results-driven approach. Additional Information: * This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on sales performance and business needs. * Training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
