Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities * Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. * Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. * Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. * Process payments using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling. * Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. * Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Conduct product demos as needed to promote hotel services or amenities. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. * Assist in supervising front desk operations during shifts as required. * Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Ability to operate a cash register and perform cash handling duties responsibly. * Proficiency in sales techniques to promote hotel services effectively. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
