Local Applicants Only - This is not a remote position. We are searching for a top-notch Customer Support Representative that will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing effective face-to-face communication with both clients and customers surrounding the Irving and Dallas TX area. You will do this by using knowledge of our client's products and services. Our Associates work hard to expand our footprint and have a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their products. Requirements and Qualifications: * A high school diploma or GED is required. * Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus). * Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure. * Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and their products and services. * A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * High-energy and optimism. * Self-motivator.
