• Generate new business by identifying potential clients and educating them on roofing and exterior improvement services (windows, siding, solar, gutters, and paint).
• Guide homeowners through the sales and insurance claims process.
• Conduct property inspections for weather-related damage.
• Build and maintain relationships with past and prospective clients.
• Network and attend marketing events to expand your referral base.
• Provide top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and positive reviews. What We 're Looking For: Sales or customer service experience (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset Ability to assess home exteriors or willingness to learn Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability Must be able to use ladders for inspections

: Full-Time o W-2 PAY. Eligible for benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) with matching). o Guaranteed advance (draw) on future commissions: $1,000.00 every two weeks.
